The bedrooms and suites

Bedrooms vary in size and shape but not, we think, comfort. Bathrooms or wetrooms are more generously proportioned than many ordinary bedrooms; king size pocket sprung beds and Egyptian cotton linen are the rule.

Three of the bedrooms have mezzanine galleries, two have their own kitchen (and the two other pairs share one each). So there’s no need to pad downstairs if you fancy an impromptu midnight feast.

Not yet pictured:  Bedroom 1, kingsize bed with leather bed-head, stairs to mezzanine with 1 daybed and a separate sleeping area for 2 children.  Also Rosemary's Garden - large cottagey suite with bed upstairs over sitting room, with attached kitchen, and separate shower/wetroom.

Bedroom 2 - A family room with kingsize sleighbed; and space for an additional 2 kids on mezzanine above.  Enormous bathroom 20' x 12' with double ended bath, monster walk-in shower and sofa-bed.

Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with leather bedheads.  Ensuite with shower and rolltop bath.

Bedroom 4 - 20' x 25'' with a view of the clock, Superking bed and ensuite with double ended roll-top bath

Bedroom 5 - Kingsize bed in lofty bedroom. Ensuite with shower and bath.

Bedroom 6 - Superking size fourposter with two separate bathrooms (one with sink and loo, one with sink and shower), and a wonderful view

Bedroom 7 - Premium suite.  Superking bed.  Wet room en-suite with additional bed and double ended roll-top bath on mezzanine balcony.  Separate dressing room.
