Prices start from £165 per person per night plus VAT. This is based on single room occupancy and is for full board including breakfast, coffee and tea, lunch, tea and dinner.  Please talk with someone from our sales team for your specific requirements.

Weekends start from £1800 for 16 people.

Cancellation Insurance Policy.  Please contact us for further information and we can put you in touch with our insurance partners.  Just in case anything goes wrong - from illness, to inability to travel.

Platinum Maid Service - Drop and run after your busy weekend.  Don't phaff with the hoover or the marigolds - £150

Daily Maid service - £10 per hour (usually two hours to get round all the rooms)

Party Package - Garden Flowers, Champagne and Chocolates in all the bedrooms - £200

Sweet Smells - Insure that all your guests smell fresh as a daisy all weekend - Colloquy Candle and Colloquy Bath Oil in every bathroom - £130

Massage and Aromatherapy - Rose Darling our private masseuse will come and take away the stresses and aches of life in the privacy of your own bedroom - POA

Delicacy Hamper - Hamper brimming with local produce, sourced from Herefordshire suppliers - £28.

Newspaper Delivery - Newspapers of your choice delivered during your stay at an additional cost of £20 for a weekend or £25 for a week - up to three newspapers.

Payment Terms

A securing deposit of 25% is payable on booking with remainder becoming payable one month before arrival.  Payment by credit cards will be charged extra at 2% of the total. Payment by Amex requires a 3.5% charge. Payment by debit cards and cheques are free.
